Anti-mosquito finishing agent SL-PL100

▍Product Description Anti-mosquito finishing agent SL- PL100 is a concentrated anti-mosquito finishing agent specially made for the textile industry. Textiles treated with this product have a long-lasting mosquito repellent protection effect.              

▍Appearance : light -colored transparent liquid;              

Solubility: soluble in esters and polyols, and can also be emulsified in water;

PH: PH (1% solution) = 6.0-7.0

Compatibility: Compatible with most finishing agents;

Density (20oC): 1.00-1.05g/cm3;

Ionicity: Non-ionic.

Test : Anti-mosquito finishing agentSL- PL100 is developed by scientific methods to fully meet the needs of you and your customers. Anti-mosquito performance testing can be divided into two methods: biological method and chemical method. 

▍How to use          

To obtain the ideal mosquito repellent effect, the amount of mosquito repellent finishing agent SL - PL100 used on the product should be 2.0-8.0 % (by weight of the product). 

If you want to achieve a durability of 20-50 washes, you should also add 2-4% fastness accelerator (owf, or dry weight ratio of fabric).

If you want to achieve a wash resistance of 70-100 times, the amount of mosquito repellent and fastness accelerator required will increase accordingly.

This product can be applied by various methods including padding, exhaustion, spraying, coating and foam application.

High temperature stability: In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice. This finishing is carried out during the second setting. The general temperature is 130oC-150oC and shall not exceed 150oC .
