【Product Description】

By introducing a hinge component containing multiple double bonds into the multi-monomer, and introducing macromolecules of special fabrics during the polymerization process, the main body has a network structure with a considerable pre-crosslinking degree, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of defects such as snagging and holes during mechanical processing, and play a twisting role, thereby greatly improving the anti-pilling performance of the fabric. It is suitable for anti-pilling and softening finishing agents for all fiber fabrics.

【How to use】

    1. Dipping method

    SL -QH18: 2～5% (owf)

    Bath ratio: 1:10~20

    2. Padding method

    SL -QH18: 20～50g/ l  

    One dip and one rolling (rolling rate: 70-80%) → shaping       

【Packaging and storage】

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight. The storage period is half a year . If stored below 0℃ for a long time, the product may solidify or its consistency may change. After heating it to 20 - 25℃ and stirring, it can be used as usual.

    Packaging: In plastic barrels, 125KG/barrel.
