Anti-ultraviolet embedding agent SL-TX10
【Product Usage 】
This product is a UV absorber specifically for polyester fabrics, which reduces the penetration of UV rays into polyester textiles.
【Product Features 】
Appearance | Light yellow suspension dispersion |
Chemical composition | Benzene derivatives anti-ultraviolet agent |
Ionicity | Anionic |
PH | 5.0-7.0 |
Density (20oC) | 1.02-1.05g/cm 3 |
Dilution | Can be diluted with cold water to any ratio |
Storage stability | It has good storage stability. If stratification occurs, it will return to its original state after stirring, and its dispersibility and efficiency will remain unchanged. |
Compatibility | Good compatibility with dyes and auxiliaries commonly used in polyester dyeing |
Foam | Low foaming |
【Application method 】
SL-TX10 can be used alone or in the same bath with disperse dyes. Dosage: 1-3%
【Application Examples 】
( 1) High temperature dyeing process
Disperse dyes: x%: SL-TX10: 1-3%;
Leveling agent: 0.5-1.5%; Acetic acid: adjust pH=4.5-5;
Bath ratio: 1:10-1:20
Raise the temperature to 130oC and keep dyeing at 130oC for 30-60 minutes.
Depending on the type of dye used, the dyeing heating rate and dyeing time are adjusted accordingly.
If SL-TX10 is used alone, the dye bath only needs to be kept warm for 10 minutes after it reaches 130°C.
( 2) Thermosol pad dyeing process
Disperse dyes: X g/L; SL-TX10: 25-50 g/L;
Anti-migration agent: 10-30 g/L; Osmotic agent: 0.5-2 g/L;
Rolling rate: 60-80%, drying at 110-130oC, baking at 190-210oC.
If SL-TX10 is used alone , the baking condition is 180oC for 30 seconds.
( 3) Padding process
SL-TX10: 10-30g/L
Fastness accelerator SL-TX10: 10-30g/L
Pad SL-TX10 (rolling rate 70%-80%) → drying (90-110oC) → high temperature stretching (170-190oC×30-90s. or 120-130oC×3-6min.)
【Notes 】
1. Impact on fluorescent brighteners: Regardless of the use of the brightener, SL-TX10 will have an inhibitory effect on the fluorescent brightener. Even if the fabric is whitened by adding the brightener before spinning, it will be severely damaged by it. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this product to treat polyester fabrics that require fluorescent whitening;
2. Since this product may settle after being stored at low temperature for a long time, it is recommended that this product must be fully stirred and mixed before use;
3. TX10 value is affected by many factors such as fiber variety, fineness, cross section, fabric type, specification, and dosage of this product. If you want to achieve the ideal anti-ultraviolet effect, you must conduct a preliminary test before using this product.
