Anti-ultraviolet finishing agent SL-KUV

▍Product Description

It is a reactive UV absorber of the triazine type, suitable for anti-UV finishing of cellulose fibers and nylon fibers ; it can give fabrics excellent anti-UV properties. 


▍Nature  

1. Excellent UV absorption performance, which can significantly reduce the UV transmittance  and improve the UPF value of fabrics.

2. Long-lasting anti-ultraviolet effect.

3. It has little effect on the color shade and color fastness of fabrics and does not affect the feel of the fabrics. 

Suitable for anti-ultraviolet finishing of cellulose fiber and nylon fiber. Such as: sportswear, outdoor wear, headscarves, hats, work clothes, sunshade fabrics, etc.

Appearance: light beige to earthy yellow emulsion 

Ionicity: Anionic Solubility: Can be dispersed in water in any proportion pH value: 5.0 ~ 7.0 (1% deionized water solution) 


▍How to use

One-bath dyeing method: Anti-ultraviolet finishing agent SL-KUV 1 ~ 4% (owf) is used according to conventional dyeing process. According to specific processing conditions, it can be used in the same bath with reactive dyes, direct dyes or acid dyes .

Padding method: anti-ultraviolet finishing agent SL-KUV 20 ~ 50 g/L padding → drying → baking (160 ℃ ~ 180 ℃ × 1min). 

Printing: Anti-ultraviolet finishing agent SL-KUV 1 ~ 3% is carried out according to the conventional printing process. The anti-ultraviolet finishing agent is added to the slurry. Depending on the specific processing conditions, it can be used in reactive or acid printing.

Note : The anti-ultraviolet effect of fabrics is affected by many factors (such as fabric structure, color, dye, fluorescent brightener  , elasticity, etc.). Preliminary testing is recommended.

This product may be stratified during storage. Please stir it evenly before use to avoid affecting the effect. When using it in the same bath with other finishing auxiliaries, a compatibility test should be done in advance. 


Packaging 

25 kg plastic barrel. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Storage period is one year.
