Product Introduction:

Antibacterial and anti-mite finishing agent Yoobo TM -AD602 is mainly used for durable antibacterial finishing of cellulose fibers such as cotton and viscose, wool and silk fabrics, and mixed fabrics of cellulose fibers and polyester, nylon, spandex, etc. This product is widely used in the antibacterial finishing of clothing, towels, bedding and non-woven fabrics.

Performance Overview:

AD602 is a safe and effective broad-spectrum antibacterial product that acts quickly and can form a cationic film on the surface of fabrics, which can inhibit bacteria for a long time.

Sterilization principle:

The product AD602 has high activity, making the polymer positively charged and easily adsorbed . The film formed by the polymer blocks the respiratory passages of microorganisms , causing them to suffocate and die quickly, thereby inhibiting the division function of bacteria and viruses and making them lose their ability to reproduce.

Sterilization category:

AD602 can kill bacteria and fungi, Acanthamoeba keratitis pathogens, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, natural skin bacteria, inactivated viruses, bacterial spores, bacterial propagules, etc.

Application process:

①Padding method: dosage 20-30g/l

Liquid carrying rate: 80-100%.

Drying/setting: 120-170℃*1-3min

②Dyeing bath: 2-3%

③Printing process: 20-30g/L

This product is a non-/weakly cationic fungicide. If used in the same bath as an anionic product, it is recommended that the laboratory make a sample in advance for confirmation. Thermal stability: The shelf life is 2 years when stored at room temperature.

Effect of pH value: Alkaline conditions can enhance the bactericidal effect, while acidic conditions can reduce its bactericidal effect. It is recommended to use a pH of 6.5-9.

Packaging and storage:

25KG plastic barrel, storage period at room temperature for three months, shake or stir well before use.
