【How to use】

The method of treating fabrics with nano aromatic microcapsule finishing agents can be padding, dipping and printing processes, and the specific usage depends on the fabric conditions.

1. Padding method

① Dosage: SL-FX100 : 10-40g/L

② Process flow:

Fabric after bleaching and dyeing → padding (liquid rate 60-80%) → drying (80-110oC)

2. Dipping method

① Dosage: SL-FX100 : 1.0-4.0% (owf)

② Process flow:

Fabric → impregnated with aromatic finishing agent → dehydrated (recover the solution and add it to the impregnation tank) → dried (80-110oC) → finished product.
