▍Product Description

▍How to use
This product can be directly added to the working fluid.
It can also be diluted with cold water before use ( diluting with warm or hot water may result in unevenness or even precipitation).
Adjust the dosage according to different types of fabrics, yarns and desired effects . The recommended process is as follows:
Application: Dipping method: Dosage 1 ~ 4% (owf) pH value 4.5 ~ 6.5 Bath ratio 1:10 Treatment 50 ~ 70 ℃ × 30min Drying 120 ~ 130 ℃
Padding method: dosage 10 ~ 40 g/L pH value 4.5 ~ 6.5 padding rate 60 ~ 80% setting temperature 120 ~ 170℃
▍Packaging : plastic barrel
Place in a cool and ventilated warehouse. The storage period of the emulsion at room temperature is 12 months. If it is stored below 0℃ and above 40℃ for a long time,
The product consistency will change . When heated or cooled to 20~25℃ and then well mixed, the product can be reused without any problem .
If stored at 30°C for a long time, the viscosity of the product will increase and its solubility will decrease. Therefore , in order to avoid errors in technical application, the product must be dissolved or diluted with cold water.
