▍Product DescriptionStrong emulsified high-concentration spandex degreaser, low-foaming product, solvent-free,                 

It has strong emulsification / extraction / dispersion effects, especially suitable for synthetic fibers and elastic fabrics.  

                                    Degreasing and refining, outstanding emulsification stability, preventing oil pollution from gathering and re-precipitation. 

▍Performance It has strong emulsification , extraction and dispersing properties, effectively removing various oils, greases and other impurities                           

 Outstanding emulsion stability to prevent oil pollution from agglomerating and re-precipitating  

 Especially for polyester / spandex, nylon / spandex and other elastic fabrics containing stretch frames, with low affinity to fabrics  

 Highly concentrated product, low usage, low foam, easy to rinse   

 Good biodegradability, environmentally friendly  

 Easy to use, can be dissolved in water in any proportion  

 This product does not contain APEO , benzene, phosphorus, formaldehyde and other banned substances, and complies with EU environmental protection standards

▍Application : Suitable for open-width washing and in-tank degreasing, and can also be used for degreasing in the same bath of dyeing                   

It is recommended to use cold water to dissolve this product . The recommended process is as follows:   

• Discontinuous pre-treatment: scouring / cleaning     

SL-PN30       0.5 ~ 3 g/L   

                                                                            (The dosage can be increased appropriately according to the degree of fabric contamination)

Soda ash               0 ~ 2 g/L   

Bath              ratio 1:10 ~ 1:20​​​    

Processing              70 degrees ~ 80 degrees × 30 minutes    

• Continuous flat washing and degreasing pre-treatment (nylon / spandex blend ):     

Speed: It is recommended to control 20-25 yards ( 6.5 knots for open-width washing machine )

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse

The storage period of the emulsion at room temperature is 12 months
