Elastic and skin-friendly silicone oil SL-1088Q

【Chemical characteristics】

SL-1088Q is a new type of block silicone oil. Due to its spider web-like molecular structure and large molecular weight, it can give fabrics a soft, elastic, plump, thick and delicate feel. In addition, the amino and other active groups reserved in the molecular structure can undergo chemical cross-linking reactions with fibers at a certain temperature. Therefore, it has a good touch and washability, allowing clothing to have good shape retention and wearing comfort.

Ionicity:  Weakly cationic

pH value:    5.5 -7

【Application process】

SL-1088Q is suitable for various types of fabrics: cotton, chemical fiber, and their blended fabrics.

SL-1088Q smooth silicone oil is usually diluted with water first and then added to the finishing bath for application. The choice of finishing process and method depends on the requirements of the fabric or yarn for the feel.

【Repair process】

Repair         : ENERGY SL-100 50 ℃ *30 ′ watering and direct dyeing

 Reference dosage : Padding process: 30-100/L , rolling rate 60-90% . (Depending on the process requirements)

【 Packaging and storage】

12 5 KG plastic barrel, sealed and stored at room temperature for not less than 6 months.
