Flame retardant SL-90S

Flame retardant SL- 90 S is a new type of phosphorus and nitrogen organic phosphate flame retardant , which is environmentally friendly and efficient. It can be widely used in the flame retardant treatment and processing of cellulose fiber, polyester, acrylic fiber, and wool. It has the characteristics of low hygroscopicity and good feel of flame retardant fabrics.

【Technical indicators 】

Appearance   : Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid    

Composition   :     Organic phosphorus nitrogen phosphate

Solid content:      48 ±1%

pH value:        4-6 

【characteristic 】

1 ) It can be finished by padding process, or by spraying or dipping process .

2 ) It can be used in the same bath with selected functional additives such as waterproofing agents, softeners, stiffening agents, etc., with little interference to other additives;

3 ) After treatment, there is no moisture or frost on the fabric, and the flame retardant effect is not reduced. The fabric surface is dry and not greasy.

4 ) The color change is very small but it must be tested before delivery. This product is not irritating to the skin.

【Application process 】 

1. Application formula        

For polyester

     Dosage : 80-150g / L​

    For cotton and polyester

     Dosage : 150-300g / L​​​

   2. Process

       Padding (liquid rolling rate 75%~100% ) --- drying

       Setting: 160-170 degrees   90 seconds

【Notes 】

1)  The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific fabric type, fiber and dye quality.

2)  When using with other additives in the same bath, a bath test should be performed.

3)  Considering the permeability of the fabric, you can selectively add some penetrant.

125 KG/ drum, sealed and stored away from light, storage period is 12 months at -5-30 ℃ .
