Friction fastness enhancer SL-158

【Product Description】

Friction fastness improver SL-158 is a newly developed  APEO  -free wet friction fastness improver. It is mainly composed of viscous polymers, fabric / dye bridging agents, etc. It can cross-link with dyes and fabrics to improve the wet friction fastness of colored fabrics  by 1-2  levels . It is suitable for reactive dyes and sulfur dyes dyed fabrics .

【How to use】

1. Padding process

( 1 ) Preparation of SL-158 :

The recommended dosage of SL-158  is  10-30g/l . Weigh a certain amount of finishing agent and dilute it with water. If it is used for reactive dye dyed fabrics, use  1% acetic acid to adjust the system to a slightly mixed state. If it is used for sulfur dye dyed fabrics, use  1% chlorine water to adjust the system to a slightly mixed state.

( 2 ) SL-158 finishing process

Dyed fabrics: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads: SL-MC168  solution  : residual rate  70~80%; dry at 100℃

2.      Impregnation process

SL-158  dosage: 4-10 % owf  bath ratio  1:10 , use acetic acid to adjust the finishing liquid to transparent, soak in wet state, heat to  40℃ , run for  20-30min , dehydrate, dry at  100℃

Precautions

Too high water hardness will affect the stability of the finishing liquid. If effective components are precipitated from the finishing liquid, acetic acid or chlorine water can be used to

The finishing liquid can be adjusted to a stable translucent state. Before large-scale production, it is recommended to do a small sample test 

【Packaging and storage】

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight. The storage period is half a year. If stored below 0℃ for a long time , the product may solidify or its consistency may change. After heating it to  20 - 25℃ and stirring, it can be used as usual.

Packaging: Packed in plastic barrels, 125KG /barrel  .
