【Product Description】

    High-concentration and high-temperature leveling agent SL-393 is a compound of various fatty alcohol ether surfactants. It has good high-temperature dispersion, solubilization, migration and slow dyeing abilities. It is mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing processes for polyester and polyester-cotton blended fabrics, and is especially suitable for dyeing ultra-fine denier polyester with high requirements for level dyeing.

    1. It has strong slow dyeing ability and can effectively control the initial dyeing rate of polyester fiber;

    2. It has excellent dye migration performance, which can significantly improve the levelness of fabrics when dyeing with disperse dyes, and prevent defects such as color spots and color flowers caused by dye agglomeration at high temperatures;

    3. Excellent dispersing performance, can prevent the accumulation of dye particles and crystal growth, promote the dispersion of dye molecules from the fiber surface to the inside, and improve the utilization rate of dye;

4. Low foam, basically no foam at high temperature;

【How to use】

    This product is a high-concentration product and is used for high-temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics ( 1:4-6). It can be used in a dilution process according to conventional processes.

    Acetic acid /sodium acetate appropriate amount (adjust pH 4.5-5.5)
