High concentration anti-staining soap detergent SL-DW16A

Main Ingredients:

 Appearance:             Colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid

PH value             5~7 ( 1.0% aqueous solution)

Solubility:          Easily soluble in water

Features:

1. It has strong anti-staining performance in the post-processing washing process of jeans and casual clothes.

2. It has excellent anti-staining effect on white printed fabrics.                                 

3. For dyed and printed fabrics, the paste and floating color can be fully removed during the soap washing process.

4. It has excellent cleaning, dispersing and suspending effects on fixed dyes, alkalis and electrolytes.

5. It has good chelating ability for calcium salts and magnesium ions. For high-concentration products, it is recommended to dilute it with a ratio of 1:2-4 before use.

6. Suitable for low temperature 80 ℃ and high temperature 95 ℃ soap washing process, saving energy, steam and time.

7. It can be used as a leveling agent and color correcting agent for reactive dyes.

8. Especially suitable for bright orchid and green orchid

Scope of application:

1. Soaping of reactive dyes, vat dyes, Nafto dye printing and dyed fabrics.

2. Soaping and stripping of indigo dyes, sulphur dyes, direct dyes and printed fabrics.

How to do it:

      Use as a conventional detergent, dilute 1:10 , generally use 0.5 ~ 2g/L to obtain excellent soaping, anti-staining and chelating effects. Please adjust the specific process as appropriate after testing the sample.

Storage, packaging and transportation :

 1. Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid sunlight, rain and moisture absorption. The shelf life is half a year.

 2. Packaging: Packed in plastic barrels, net weight 125kg/ barrel.
