【Product Description】

High-concentration chelating dispersant SL- 688 can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, etc. It is still very stable at high temperature and high pH value and is not easy to hydrolyze.

【characteristic】

1. It has a very high chelating power for Fe2+ and Ca2+ ions , and also has a strong chelating and dispersing ability for metal ions such as Cu2+ and Mg2+ .

It can prevent the formation of water-insoluble substances; 

2. Used in dyeing and finishing pre-treatment process, it can significantly improve the scouring effect and increase the whiteness of the fabric;

3. In the processes of desizing, scouring and dyeing, it can reduce the influence of metal ions such as Ca2+ , Mg2+ , Cu2+ , Fe2+ in water on product quality;

4. When dyeing with the same dye in the same bath, it can prevent the precipitation and precipitation of hard water and other impurities, and avoid color spots on light-colored fabrics;

5. With strong dispersibility, adding dye can reduce color spots.

[Usage]: This product is a high-concentration product. Use 1 to 2-4 times , and the dosage is 1-2g/l.

    1. SL- 688 is used in the scouring process, the dosage (after dilution) is 1-2g/l  

2. SL- 688 is used in dyeing process, dosage (after dilution) 1-2g/l   

【Packaging and storage】

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight. The storage period is one year.

    Packaging: Packed in plastic barrels, 125KG /barrel . 

Note: This product is highly concentrated, it is recommended to dilute it before use. If you encounter salt tides and poor water quality, use it directly
