▍Product Description High concentration polyester fixing agent SL- 876 is specially developed for TC, nylon,          

A fastness agent that improves the fastness of polyester and other fabrics after dark dyeing.

It can significantly improve the color fastness of nylon, polyester and TC blended fabrics.

▍Performance 1. Significantly improve the washing fastness of nylon, polyester , and TC blended fabrics.         

Wet and dry friction fastness and perspiration fastness, etc.;

2. Significantly improve the water fastness of nylon, polyester and TC blended fabrics;

3. The brightness, color and feel of the treated fabric are minimally affected.

4. The fabric has a smooth feel after color fixing, avoiding the hard feel after traditional treatment.

5. Does not affect the hydrophilicity of the fabric

▍Appearance : Light yellow to liquid               

                         Ionicity : Cationic

                       pH value: 5.0 ± 1.0 (1% aqueous solution)

▍How to use : Add it during shaping to avoid the deterioration of fastness caused by excessively high shaping temperature.          

The following dosage is for reference only:

Padding method 10-50g/L    1 45℃-165℃

▍Storage : Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight. The storage period is half a year. If stored below 0 °C for a long time , the product may solidify or its consistency may change.             

After heating it to 20 - 25°C and stirring, it can be used as usual.

                           Packaging: Packed in plastic barrels, 125KG/barrel.
