Moisture wicking finishing agent SL-SX23

Product composition: high molecular weight polymer, non-ionic  

Application: Suitable for synthetic fibers, especially nylon, polyester and their blended fabrics, as a washable moisture-absorbing and perspiration-releasing and stain-removing finishing agent. It gives the fabric a full, soft, smooth and delicate feel. 

Properties     : - Beige emulsion 

- Specific gravity at 20℃: about 1.0 g/cm3

- pH value about 4.5  

- Easily soluble in cold or warm water

- Imparts high washability and hydrophilicity and easy stain removal

- Makes stains and oil stains easier to remove  

- Improve the antistatic properties of chemical fiber fabrics

- Provides a soft feel (micro-touch)  

- Improve wearing comfort  

- Easy to use

- Can be applied by padding or dipping

 Application     : SL-SX23 can be used in padding or dipping process. But it cannot be used together with water-repellent finishing agent, otherwise it will reduce its hydrophilicity. For dyed fabrics with poor sublimation fastness, dipping method is recommended.

Note : If used together with fluorescent brightener for cellulose fiber, it will affect the fluorescent whiteness. When using SL-SX23 to finish polyester fabric, it cannot be used in the same bath with fluorescent brightener, but should be used in separate baths, otherwise it will affect the fluorescent whiteness.    

 Storage and packaging : If stored for a long time at temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C, the product may solidify or its consistency may change. After heating or cooling it to 20 - 25°C and stirring, it can be used as usual. 125kg plastic barrel packaging.
