▍Product Description Skin-friendly and elastic softener SL-RS7 is a high-grade softening finishing agent of highly elastic isocyanate-modified silicone. It is suitable for the elastic and skin-friendly finishing of natural fibers and their blended fabrics, giving the fabrics clear stripes, small color deviation, sufficient elasticity , delicate feel, soft and smooth, and a natural and comfortable feel like baby skin. The finished fabrics have a certain washability.
▍Performance The finished fabric has good hydrophilicity, giving the finished fabric sufficient elasticity, delicate, soft and smooth feel, just like the natural and comfortable feel of baby skin;
It has little effect on yellowing of whitened fabrics;
Good compatibility with finishing products;
After baking, it has a certain degree of washability;
It does not contain APEO, formaldehyde, organic halogen compounds, heavy metals and other harmful substances.

Padding process:
SL-RS7 30～80g/l
One dip and one rolling (rolling rate 60-75% ), pre-baking at 100℃, shaping at 150-170℃ × 90s dipping process:
SL-RS7 3～8%（owf ）
Temperature 25～50 ℃×20～30min, dehydration, drying, shaping 150～170℃×90s
Cotton woven and blended fabrics
Padding process:
SL-RS7 20～50g/l
One dip and one rolling (rolling rate 60-75% ), pre-baking at 100℃, shaping at 150-170℃×90s. Please adjust the specific process by trial sample.
